The exercises might work for getting fit if the Body Wedge 21 foundation was of a better quality. This air blown structure is not durable for proforming most of the 21 exercises.
Customer Review: Body Wedge 21 THE BEST!!!!!
I ordered the Body Wedge 21 after using it at the fitness club at a Marriott Resort in California. I just love that on this ONE piece of equipment you can do 21 exercises that cover all the target zones. The elevation of the inflatable Body Wedge 21 is comfortable and will not strain your back muscles like the exercise ball sometimes does. It is such a COMPLETE workout for only doing 21 exercises. It is portable so that I can bring it on vacation with me. This is the least expensive piece of exercise equipment I own and I just love this one the BEST!!!
